A little bit about me

Hi! Nice to meet you, I'm Laura a calligrapher and lettering artist based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

I'm passionate about letters and writing. I think the lost art of writing a really good letter is a real tragedy and I'm on a mission to make sure that sending greetings cards, writing letters and illustrating by hand doesn't get lost in this digital age. I think there's nothing more lovely than a bespoke, hand-written card dropping through the letterbox onto your doormat, whatever the occasion. 

Letters Ink was born after taking a career break from the charity marketing sector. I started selling cards at a local cafe and through word of mouth Letters Ink grew into a business that now offers bespoke cards, event stationery, calligraphy products and runs workshops to teach other people the joy of modern calligraphy. 

The best part of my job is hearing from someone who has an idea they'd  like me to bring to life with ink! I pride myself on my attention to detail, personal touch, turnaround times and communication. So, if you'd like it written, I'd love to hear from you... Drop me a line
